In 2001, I sat in on the first meeting to build a fully digital background screening technology that would take delivery time from weeks to days.
By 2020, that software was delivering background data in a matter of minutes.
Aurico Reports, LLC was a background screening, drug testing, I-9 and occupational health services company that helped employers gain confidence in matching the right candidate to the right position at the right time.

In May 2016, CareerBuilder announced the acquisition of Aurico under the leadership of Ben Goldberg. Working closely with Ben, I was tasked with the rebrand of aurico.com to align with CareerBuilder design guidelines. On July 1st 2017, Aurico officially transitioned to CareerBuilder Employment Services with a newly re-envisioned website aimed to better serve followers of both entities under the CareerBuilder brand.
In 2020, Accurate Background, CA-based provider of compliant, automated workforce screening solutions, purchased CareerBuilder Employment Screening. Again, I assisted the Accurate team with the messaging, brand transition and redirection of website.
